• So, I have been using WPLiveChat from when it was paid and then when it went free. Will I be able to continue to use it for free, or will I have to start paying per agent/month?

    At this time I am having up to a three minute delay from when a person request a chat and I get notified of it, and then chats are “slow”. ALL other aspects of the board work quickly. In tracking network traffic, it is waiting on responses from the chat server for several seconds once the chat is in progress… What is happening?

    3. What webserver do you use? (os and application server)
    4. Is your webserver behind a proxy and/or load balancer?
    5. Do you have a multi-site WordPress installation?
    6. Which theme do you use?
    7. Provide us a list of the installed plugins.
