Problems and now support

  • I cannot recommend this plugin anymore. I sent several emails and never received a proper answer.
    The plugin developer is not very helpful – and when he helped, his last answer was wrong and I fixed it by myself.

    Now there’s a new problem that popped up and I’m pretty sure we’re not gonna get any help. So we’re thinking about switching our 3 websites and 10 client websites to pixelmanager from sweetcode. They have great support and there software is at least stable…

    I recommend making less youtube videos and start taking care of your paying customers.

    1. Your latest requests were not about PixelYourSite, but about a different plugin from us, ConsentMagic.
    2. We fixed all the issues that were real, including the conflict with the popup plugin. In fact this is the only issue I can find in all the multiple emails you send to us.
    3. There was indeed a question I did not answer, about MonsterInsights and ConsentMagic compatibility. This was addressed recently in a video on our YouTube channel, and the answer is yes, they work together. That’s also something that can be easily tested using tagassistant.google.com.
    4. There was another email about misspelling a word and some considerations about looking unprofessional. I thank you for it, it’s very helpful.

    I am honestly sorry about how the conversations was handled on our end. That’s something we can definitely improve.
