Problems All Over

I got this installed but I even read some other comments about clearing cache even with cache plugin and I even cleared Cloudflare cache but still issues of things not showing or working.

1. Captcha image not showing at all.

2. Social icons not showing not matter click with color or clicked the other way.

3. Color styling changes are not changed.

I really thought this was going to be a good plugin to make my comments better for my site but so far I am wanting to remove it. Please respond soon or I am going to remove it due to not working or looking good. I have tried clearing cache and nothing works and I have tried uninstalling plugin and reinstalling it too. Just does not work and I am using Tagdiv Newsmage theme. If it is a theme issue then I am uninstalling.
