Problems after upgrading TwentyTwelve

Yesterday i upgraded my TwentyTwelve theme and now I have got problem I don’t understand how to solve. I have the webshop within the webpage and since the upgrade the headerpicture shows up twice. Both above and below the horisontal menu. It should just be above.
