Problems after Upgrade to 2.7- Help Pleaaseee

I have upgraded to 2.7 but dashboard show me thath I have no themes and plugins as below:

I have tried to re-upload themes and plugins but the problems still remains.

I have tried to re-do the upgrading and it succeed but still same message as above appear.

Would anyone please help……..As for public view my site is missing-totally blank white page
