  • Hi Koray,

Please could you send some admin login details through https://www.metaslider.com/support using WPSupport as the purchase ID.

    Regards,
    Tom.

This has now been resolved. There was what I can only describe as a ‘dodgy’ image in the slideshow.

During the upload an image to your site, WordPress should ‘open’ the image to work out it’s width and height, and store that information it in the database.

If the image can’t be ‘opened’ by WordPress for some reason, it will never store that width and height data in the database. This means Meta Slider can’t open the image either. Up until now Meta Slider has been assuming it can work with every image – even these dodgy ones, but when it encounters a dodgy image it’ll give you a blank screen.

There’s a workaround in Meta Slider now and you’ll get a warning message on any dodgy images. Dodgy images will still appear in your slideshow, but they’ll always show at their original size. This fix will be in the next version of Meta Slider (or you could download the development version).

    Regards,
    Tom
