Problems after UPDATE to version 2.9.2

After updating to version 2.9.2 (from version 2.8.6) I cannot change anymore the photos of the casting profile. When entering the profile I have a menu on the photo that allows me to edit/upload a photo to the user profile (this is a casting database) but when I upload the photo (and shose the reframing) all stays blocked and the photo is not uploaded anymore. I returned to version 2.8.6 and wverything works again. If you need an account to enter and try this error please let me know
