Problems after update

So i just updated to the latest version of ninja forms and none of my forms were visible in my dashboard, nor could i add a new form.

Read an old support thread on a similar problem and a couple of people resolved the problem by rolling back to the previous version and then updating again.

I did this but now ninja forms is stuck in version 2! I go to click update in the advanced settings tab and it tells me i’m only a few moments away from upgrading to version 3, gives you a screenshot of how the new version is going to look but there is no following step what so ever, no button, no nothing to complete the update.

However….. when checking what version of ninja forms i’m running, it tells me im running version 3.1.6??

I did export my forms before doing any of this however they just pull up a php error when importing. Any help please. Thanks.
