After trying the plugin, and noticing that it can’t work if you have to reorder more than 10 items I deactivated and removed it.
This caused all the items that were impacted by the plugin (in my case categories) to disappear from my site.
I’ve been forced to re-install and re-enable the plugin (even if I do not need it) just to have the WordPress instance working again.
I suppose that the uninstall process misses to remove certain hooks, or certain DB changes.
Any hint on how to fix the problem?
    Thanks in advance.

    Found the problem:

the additional term_order column added to the wp_terms table is correctly removed when the plugin gets removed, but in my installation that same column was used by another plugin and this caused the problem.
