Problems after Pro update to 3.1.14
-
It seems that Athemes has dropped the ball and refuses to respond to tickets. I raised 3 within a week and none have been answered.
In any case, I hope that there is someone here who may have experienced a similar issue and thus will be able to help with the following:
After the latest update, two of my websites experienced problems and I had to restore both from backup. The first one, 'haltonpeelhumanists.ca/' gave me the following error through the WordPress built-in feature for errors: When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information: WordPress version 6.2 Active theme: Sydney Pro (version 3.1.14) Current plugin: (version ) PHP version 8.0.28 Error Details An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 327 of the file /public_html/haltonpeelhumanists.ca/wp-content/themes/sydney-pro-ii/theme-dashboard/class-theme-dashboard.php. However, the sites that use Elementor, did not experience any issues. I would be most grateful if anyone is able to assist me in this issue so I can update the theme to the latest version.
