problems after modifying my blog web address with subdomain

  • I changed my WP from https://www.blahblah.com/blog to blog.blahblah.com and now have a issue logging in as well as the ability to see the theme/css or any pictures associated in posts or even the header for that matter. I also get a “404 page not found” from everything on the blogs home page including admin abilities.

    It would be too easy to switch back the aforementioned modifications as we’ve always wanted to have the WP point to the desired blog.blahblah.com

    I seem to remember this happening before and modifying the .htaccess file…perhaps not.

    It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could help out with a few minutes of their valued time. Thanks in advance

    BTW the website is actually https://blog.ministryofink.com

    when u creat your subdomain its well creat on 2 places in http

    subdomain.domain.com

    domain.com/subdomain

    so the subdomain folder well be in /home/site/public_html/sub-domain-name-here

    so u should move / copy your images folder and others plugins or rss u need inside the subdomain folder ..
