problems after migration

  • Hello,
    A while ago I changed hosting providers.
    I migrated my site and databases successfully, however, I can’t get my WordPress blog back properly.

    The background and name are still intact, so is my username, but there is nowhere to log in.
    I was a bit closer before, but then I did something stupid (I believe it was setting the blog back to default setting or something similar).
    Now all it shows is the “Hello World” post.

    Is there any way I can re-install my blog as it was, maybe by going into acertain file in my Worpress folder?
