    Hello, the plugin is removed from the admin panel wp and ispmanager. Checked phpmyadmin and did not find your plugin files. But after uninstalling the plugin stops working, but also does not allow Rt media to work (does not open the media folder in the user account), also does not show the user icon on the mobile device. If the plugin is reactivated, the icon is displayed again. How to fix it?

    Hi,
    I am sorry to hear about this.

    Once you remove a plugin, It can not have any effect on WordPress. It is gone. If you have deleted via admin panel, It will not be able to do anything. It is a simple plugin and unless it is active it will not have any effect.

    Please contact RT media support and post the question. It is most probably a conflict with your theme and RT media.

    I will also suggest looking at the browser console for the errors. That may point you in the right direction.

    I can give you access to my admin panel. Please see for yourself if you can find the cause of the problem. It is very important for me to fix the error. Rt media support told me that the problem with their plugin is not related in any way. Also using the basic twenty twenty theme.Help please!

    Please do not share any login details. It is not allowed here or the wporg forums and will get us into trouble.

    Is there any way you can check the server’s error log and post me here? Also, if possible, Please check the browser console while navigating to media page. Is there any javascript error?
