Problems after changing Permalink structure and using Redirection

I used this after setting the permalink structure to only post-name.

Source URL: /(\d*)/(\d*)/(\d*)/([A-Za-z0-9-]*)
Target URL: /$4

Which results in the following problem: links don’t redirect properly such as:
https://www.otzerling.com/quienes-somos/acerca-de-nuestro-lama-drubpon-otzer-rimpoche/valdivia
where
“/quienes-somos/” is the parent page,
“acerca-de-nuestro-lama-drubpon-otzer-rimpoche/” is the actual page url name,
“/valdivia” is the new link tha returns in a 404 instead of loading the https://www.otzerling.com/valdivia page. In other words wordpress is trying to find “·https://www.otzerling.com/quienes-somos/acerca-de-nuestro-lama-drubpon-otzer-rimpoche/valdivia” like if all of that was a page which is not
