Problems adding Press it to links bar

I can’t seem to left click and drag the Press It button onto the links bar. I use IE6. It seems to me that I had this problem before when trying to add a javascript link. I’m not very technically inclinded. I would love to add the press it button to the links bar. Does anyone have a suggestion for me?
