Problems abount encrypted foot

Hello. I got a question. I got one theme and I am trying to fix it up for more than 6 hours. It’s just there are few files that have encrypted stuff inside and can’t fix it up. Will you be kind and give me a hand?

This theme is pretty much unique and I can’t find anything similar: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/124554193/Aquarium.zip

There are encrypted lines inside the functions.php, footer.php and include/wpm0.php file. They seems to be connected to each other and not sure how to fix it up.
