Problems: 404 and canoncail

I found a couple of problems in the Lite version:

1. I’m using the Rank Math SEO plugin, but apparently it duplicates the canonical in the AMP version. If I disable the AMP option in the Rank Math plugin, the goals are not added automatically.

I had to comment or remove line 52 of the class-amphtml-seo.php file

Is there any way to add a filter in the php file so that the line is not commented on every time the plugin is installed?

2. In the Lite version and already inside the plugin options, every time I add the breadcrumbs, I disable the related entries or touch any other option of the settings the posts gives a 404 in the AMP version. https://prnt.sc/twl2wl
