Probleme with hotmail

  • Hello there,

    I realise I have big trouble.

    The probleme work pretty well.. no probleme, I set up it up all is perfect BUT…

    if in the email form information the user enter a hotmail email.. I won’t receve the email…. no probeme with gmail or other.

    I don’t understand since it’s juste a text information.

    It’s a big problem because some customer thing they contacted me but I’m not getting their message.

    please what can I do ?

  • See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

    There are a series of links to an article I wrote at the bottom of that page (which is recommended by the CF7 plugin author, though I’m not allowed to link directly to it here) that covers this topic in detail.

    Hotmail addresses can be rejected as spam elsewhere depending on how you setup your form.

    thanks.. for now I still don’t find a solution since it’s only a problem with hotmail owner.

    They aren’t receved as spam as well, just not receved at all.

    There is host of other places where your CF7 emails can be rejected as spam long before they get anywhere near your spam folder.

    See Your Contact Form 7 email may be going to spam (disclosure I’m the author of this article).
