    Bonjour,

    Je rencontre un problème avec la génération et le téléchargement des étiquettes.
    Le plugin me met “étiquette générée” quand je choisis de l’option ou quand je change le statut de la commande, mais par contre elle n’appara?t nul part et je n’ai pas les ic?nes de téléchargement et d’impression sur la partie Colissimo de WooCommerce.
    J’ai juste le statut qui change “Votre colis est prêt à être expédié, il va être remis à La Poste.”, mais sans lien vers l’étiquette.

    J’ai fait le test de télécharger l’ensemble des étiquettes en format zip, mais celui-ci est impossible à ouvrir…

    La seule chose que j’ai réussi à télécharger et avoir, c’est le bordereau.

    Savez-vous d’où cela peut venir ?

    J’ai créé les tables et les ic?nes de téléchargement et d’impression sont maintenant affiché, je peux donc télécharger mes étiquettes.

    Nous rencontrons exactement le même problème, et avons contacté le support qui nous a envoyé par mail la doc avec les tables à ajouter.

    Seul soucis, nous ne sommes pas encore assez expérimentés pour savoir quoi faire de ces tables, où les ajouter et comment.

    Dans le doc, il est également fait mention de faire ensuite une requête :
    Lorsque les requêtes précédentes ont été effectuées, il faut lancer la requête suivante?:?
    UPDATE NomBDD_options SET option_value = "1.2"
    WHERE option_name = "lpc_db_version"

    Du coup, serait-il possible d’avoir un petit coup de main pour nous aider à faire ces opérations ? Jusque là nous avions réussi à nous en sortir pour tout depuis la création du site, mais c’est la première fois qu’on ne s’en sort vraiment pas et nos premières commandes sont bloquées ??

    Finalement nous avons réussi, en se faisant aider d’une connaissance développeur.

    Le document envoyé par Colissimo mériterait d’être mis à jour avec simplement quelques explications en plus, ?a para?t simple quand on connait mais ?a amène des galères pour pas grand chose.

    De plus, dans notre cas, il a fallu tatonner un peu pour modifier la dernière requête, le placement de notre nom de BDD, préfixes etc.

    Bref pas très clair, si d’autres ont le soucis.
    Cela dit maintenant ?a marche, même si la page de suivi activée sur notre site par le plugin Colissimo est atroce et déformée ??

    Désolé de ne pas vous avoir répondu plus t?t, j’étais en vacances toute la semaine… mais j’ai vu que vous avez réussi à solutionner votre problème.

    J’ai aussi un “petit niveau” en web et j’avoue avoir galéré pendant 1h30 pour trouver comment ajouter les tables alors qu’au final la manip ne prend que 5/10min avec un simple copier/coller dans la base de données en créant une nouvelle table ??

    De mon c?té tout fonctionne sans avoir rajouté la requête :
    UPDATE NomBDD_options SET option_value = “1.2”
    WHERE option_name = “lpc_db_version”

    Savez-vous ce qu’elle modifie exactement ? Savoir si je dois la rajouter ou non.

    La page de suivi n’est effectivement pas très esthétique et ne ressemble pas à grand chose ! Une petite mise à jour de cela et du doc Colissimo ne serait pas un mal comme vous dites.

    Pas de soucis je ne m’attendais pas à une réponse de ta part mais plut?t de l’auteur du plugin ^^

    Pour la requête à rajouter malheureusement je ne saurais pas dire, je crois que c’est une histoire de noms mais pas s?r, en tout cas pour nous ?a ne marchait pas sans l’avoir ajouté. Et on a d? faire plusieurs essais un peu en tatonnant pour la faire fonctionner !

    Y a une histoire de préfixe différent du nom de la BDD, ce qui est notre cas (aucune idée de pourquoi).

    Et oui la page de suivi on a d? désactiver les mails qui donnent le lien, c’est une catastrophe en l’état et on ne sait pas comment changer ?a :/
