    I just updated the theme and it’s having issues. The customize section is failing, and the Blocksy plugin to view the templates, extensions, and widgets won’t open.

    What seems to be the exact problem? Are you receiving an error, or something else?

    At the same time, have you attempted this workflow from a different browser? We’ve seen a lot of cases over the past few days that were actually broken due to the browser having something bad cached in it.

    Please get back to us with more details, including screenshots and/or video recordings so that we can easily diagnose this.

    I want to attach screenshots and I can’t, it asks me to insert a URL.
    The problem is, in the customize section, when I want to modify the header, the editing options do not appear.
    In the puglin section of Blocksy nothing appears, the screen is blank in the widget section as well.

    You can use a service like https://imgbb.com to upload your photos.

    But I think you have skipped over half of my message. Did you try this from a different browser? ??
