    Hi there.
    I am having problems with woocommerce and wompi the payment platform anyone know about this? I get this message “Sorry, this order is invalid and cannot be paid.” at the time of making a purchase

    Hi @mauricio1983,

    Based on what you’re describing, it looks like there is some issue with the payment integration you’re using.

    Therefore, I would recommend reaching out to the plugin support team and ask them what may be causing those orders to be considered invalid in WooCommerce.

    That does give you much quicker support for your third-party plugin. Support in this forum is limited to the free core WooCommerce plugin.

    Thanks, I’m with them but they say that because of this type of problem they do not give support, because that is a woocommerce problem, I will continue to assist them, I also found this error, Your server does not have the SoapClient class activated – maybe some gateway plugins that use SOAP may not work as expected.

    This error is of significance in this case since SOAP is essential for communication with remote servers. I recommend reaching your host to enable the SOAP client on your server and then check if the issue with the payment gateway persists.
