Problema optimizar imágenes

    El plugin funciona genial, pero desde hace un tiempo, las imágenes han dejado de optimizarse. Aunque envíe la solicitud, se empieza el proceso, pero no sucede nada por más que deje pasar el tiempo. He probado a limpiar datos y volver a solicitar, pero no hace nada. Ahora mismo se han optimizado el 93% de las imágenes. ?Hay alguna manera de saber donde está el problema? Gracias!

  • Hi,

    Does it get stuck at “Gather Image Data” or “Send Optimization Request”?

    1) If it’s at “Gather Image Data”, meaning no matter how many times you click on that button, nothing happens, then it means the gathered data fails to be written into the data table. In this case, you should check for a php error in the table and fix it.

    2) If it’s stuck at “Send Optimization Request”, then you should see some message at the top of the screen. Normally, when it works, you should see something like “Push 1 image request to QUIC.cloud CDN”.

    Try the above and if it doesn’t resolve the issue, please open up a support ticket from https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=2 and we’ll troubleshoot it for you. Please provide the litespeed report number and screenshots of image optimization summary and settings.
