Problema Multi-step Form Invalid Form ID, Form not found

    The Multi-step form does not work, does not go to the next step, and gives an error in console

    Invalid Form ID, Form not found donationFormRegistrars.js?ver=3.0.2:1

    I have been testing the new form builder, but when I choose the Multi-Step option, it does not go to the next step after choosing the amount.

    I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

    What is likely happening here is that you need to enable a default payment gateway for the visual form builder. You can do it under donations > settings > payment gateways > gateways > visual form builder.

    Can you try it and let me know if it works?

    Hi, I have the same problem.

    Invalid Form ID, Form not found donationFormRegistrars.js?ver=3.7.0

    I have checked the settings and I do have a default payment gateway set for visual builder…

    what else could it be then?
