Problema menú móvil

  • Hola,

    He puesto el tema de Yith Proteo Versión: 1.0.9 y el menú en la vista móvil se despliega correctamente cada punto del menú pero cuando intento cerrar cada categoría no se vuelve a cerrar y el menú queda todo desplegado. Como se puede solucionar este problema?

    I checked the website with a mobile… which category (menu item) in particular is having the issue?

    Hello,

    When you go, for exemple, to the main items like “Nuestras colecciones” it will scroll down the menu item but if you try to scroll it up to leave it as before it won’t do it. The same happens with the other main items “Ropa de bebé”, “Accesorios”, “Mi cuenta”. It is weird because with the submenu it works perfectly like for instance: the submenu item “Accesorios para el bebé” you can scroll down and scroll it up again.

    Hay alguna novedad sobre porque no se vuelven a cerrar las categorías principales en el menú móvil?

    Hello there,
    the click to open feature is available only for first level menu items.
    So in your case: NUESTRAS COLECCIONES – ROPA DE BEBé (0-36 MESES) – ACCESORIOS

    The acesorios menu have other third level menu items, which will be automatically opened on hover state.

    We will do our best to bring a better implementation of mobile menu in the coming Proteo update. Something with the click open feature also on third level menus
