    Hello,

i know wpml is not supported in your plugin, but i’m using another plugin “Shortcode Elementor”(that’s wpml compatible) to creat a multilingual shortcode to add into popup content. I created a Popup loading on homepage with this shortcode and it shows into primary language “Cat”(catalan) but not showing when i change language to “Es”(Spanish) staying on homepage too.

If i create another popup to show ir using a click class with the same shortcode, it’s working perfect with primary language and when i change to secondary language too.

I was trying to find popup layer using code inspector wuth chrome navigatior and i can see popup code, but It doesn’t show.

    Can you help me?

    thank you.

    Dear @shendeluth,

    Thank you for your patience.

If we understand your request correctly, after changing the language of your website, the popup which is activated on homepage is not displayed.

We have checked and noticed that after changing the language, the website is changing as well.

Here is the homepage URL: https://mireiacrea.com/

After translating it looks like this: mireiacrea.com/es/?

    See the screenshot below:

You will need to go to the popup options and include the mentioned page as well.

Please, check again and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

Oh, thank you. Now it’s working. I thought it detected like a homepage in both languages not like another page.

    Thank a lot.
