Finally I have unraveled the mystery it is a problem related to the default settings of all programs that automatically used the system language so Italian instead going to change this setting and using English as the system language opens it correctly this forum is full of wonderful people thank you all for the support although I can not say the same about woo support as I have several problems reported and never solved for all good weekend
