I’ve been using the gamipress buttons for a while now, and I don’t know if it was because I changed servers or what, but I just noticed that every time a user clicks a gamipress button to manually collect points for an action, the entire page reloads and that makes it appear at the top of the page.

In my memory I had that this didn’t happen (I’m probably wrong)

And if so, is there a way for the user to press the button and collect the points, so that the entire page doesn’t restart?

2- If I have a problem, what could it be?

More than anything, the fact that the page restarts while collecting points affects the fluidity of the user experience

    Thanks for the help ??

    Hi @recuerdaclub ,

The GamiPress Buttons should not be reloading the page each time a user clicks a button.

Please, check if you added a url attribute to the event or if you have some custom code that could be changing this behavior

    Hope it helps!

Indeed, by updating gamipress and gamipress buttons, the problem was solved.

Now I have another question, after pressing the button it takes 4 to 5 seconds for the notification to appear (using gamipress notification) I get the feeling that it happens faster with other notifications of achievements or points of classes seen.

Could it be that the number of button categories that I have is affecting the delay in the notification of the buttons appearing?

(it seems that I have a lot since at first I had to create a class for each button so that the user could not press a button twice and earn points.)

(-by the way, is there a better way to do it so that a user cannot press the same button and earn points, it is assumed that after the video class I have buttons for the actions of the video task))

So would that make it load slower? gamipres checks all the classes of buttons created? or just check the one that was mentioned in the button?

What could I do to make it faster?

    Thanks ??
