Problema con i documenti di trasporto e piva

    Buongiorno, vorrei acquistare il vostro plugin Premium, ma ho delle perplessità su due punti importantissimi:

    1. DOCUMENTO DI TRASPORTO
    Il plugin genera un documento di trasporto non conforme alla regolamentazione italiana in quanto dovrebbe presentare anche il numero di colli riferiti a quella specifica spedizione. Da backend, per ogni ordine quindi, dovrei avere la possibilità di inserire il numero di colli. Come posso fare?

    2. P.IVA
    In fase di vendita, non vengono richiesti i dati fiscali del cliente. Come mai? Com’è possibile visualizzarli e renderli obbligatori?

    Hello, I would like to buy your Premium plugin, but I have doubts on two very important points:

    1. TRANSPORT DOCUMENT
    The plugin generates a transport document that does not comply with Italian regulations as it should also present the number of packages referring to that specific shipment. From backend, for each order therefore, I should have the possibility to enter the number of packages. How can I do?

    2. VAT number
    During the sales phase, the customer’s tax data are not requested. Why? How can you view them and make them mandatory?

    This ticket is already answered via our internal support ticket system but might also be useful for other users on this forum. So I’m posting the answers here as well.

    1. TRANSPORT DOCUMENT
    You can easily add a custom field to your order and display its contents on your documents. The easiest way to do this is via our Premium Templates extension which will let you add a custom field via a custom block in the customizer.

    2) VAT number
    Our PDF Invoices plugin and its extensions do not give you the ability to register and validate a customer’s VAT number during checkout. You will need a separate plugin for that. We do offer a solution like this in our shop: WooCommerce EU VAT Compliance

    You can then easily add the VAT number to your invoice via the customizer with a custom block using the {{vat_number}} placeholder. If you have any further questions about this let me know.
