Problema con carga de imágenes / Problem with loading images

    Tengo una web de vídeos y he pedido se borre el cache en cada post nuevo. PERO cuando lo hace, cuando se borra todo el caché, NO CARGA LAS IMAGENES CORRESPONDIENTES A LOS OTROS VíDEOS, tengo que borrrar nuevamente el caché y entonces recién aparecen las imágenes. ?Por qué sucede esto? En estas circunstancias no puedo programas publicaciones pues cuando aparece una nueva se genera el problema.
    Por favor, una solución.

    I have a web of videos and I have asked for the cache to be erased in each new post.
