    I seem to have misplaced my password to automatically upgrade my s2Member Pro from the dashboard of my site. My password to the s2Member site works fine, but that doesn’t seem to be the one I use in the dashboard.

    Anyone know how to reset the one in the dashboard & get a new one? I’ve tried every single combination I could think of, and none works.

  • That seems odd. I’d ask on the s2member site (Help – Contact a Human). In the meantime, you can just download the Pro add-on from your account page there and install it via FTP.

    Thanks, it just seems odd that you can’t change the password from there… And yes, I’ve already (parallel to posting here) sent a request for human help, but that hasn’t happened yet. I’m sure they’ll get to it soon.
