    Found it, was an outdated plug-in.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    Issue-Resolved plug-in Sticky post was installed and not compatible with this version of Word Press.

    Sigh… LOL could the moderator delete this entire thread?
    or at the very least remove the web address listed in the start post as this has been resolved.
