    Hi,

I installed Yoast on a client website and it was working perfectly up until Saturday. It has stopped working for me, but it works correctly for another user of the site. When I go to edit a page / post etc, I am seeing the following:

    https://ibb.co/nCFt7SB

Yoast is working correctly for other users but not me. I’ve tried restarting my computer, clearing my cache and cookies, removing chrome plugins (e.g. moz bar etc), logging in on different browsers, logging in as different users, but I am still getting the same error.

Can you please advise me on what the issue could be and how I can resolve it.

    Thanks
    Mark

  • I reported the same problem as well. I tried all the solutions but got no results. Finally, I downgraded my yoast seo plugin to version 15.0. This was the solution for me. You can get old versions of Yoast SEO here.

I tried 15.0, but that didn’t help. Still missing the fields under the tabs.

I have same problem ?? i cant fix it. please help !!!

@surfernw We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site.

A?blank meta box?issue occurs due to a JavaScript conflict. So?we’d like you to please perform a conflict check. This will help us narrow down the exact cause and determine what the next steps are while saving you time.

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

i did everything you say but i still have the same problem ??
