Hello, I have a weird problem. When I batch send notification for a payment from woocommerce to a customers – than the email body belongs to another customer.

I have a custom notification – Payment Failed. The action is: When I change order status to payment failed – the email is sent to a customer with the invoice as an atachement. The destination email and the atachement is correct but the email body data are loaded from another order which is within the ?batch send“.

I am using woocommerce booster pro on this site for invoices – any help appreciated.
At the start everything was working as it should. But some of the updates (booster or woocommerce) have created this problem. I have all logs on if anybody from the support team will have time to check this issue on the production site.

    Thx for support

    Hey there,

It definitely sounds like one of the plugins is mixing things up. I’d start by disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and your customization, then setting up a testing scenario with a few different test customers and send out that bulk email. If everything works correctly, then you know the problem was with one of the plugins you disabled. If it doesn’t work correctly, then the problem is likely with the custom notification setup itself.
