Problem with wpml translation

Hello! I am currently working on a website that uses wpml translation. I have not created this website. I am trying to translate a banner that I have created with the Advanced Floating Content plugin but nothing seems to work. The banner would either not translate or not appear at all. I would appreciate it if you could give me some feedback.
