• hello everybody

i have a serious problem with wpml plugin, i’ve migrate a site with wpml and everything works fine except the body widgets. widgets are made with widget context plugin and widget title shows the translated title when i change the language but not the widget body.

where are the functions of the plugin invoked to render the sidebar? i’ve seen the wp-includes/widgets.php and the wp-content/themes/twentyten/sidebar.php but none of them makes directs calls to the wpml-api.php (this is the scripts with the core functionalities)

if i create new widgets, its translations works as espected but migrated widget not, i also try to eliminate them and its translations directly from DB but when i created again the problem appears again

hope to be clear, any suggestions will be welcome

    Thansk

yes M one, there was a conflict between wpml plugin and google analitycs plugin. for a propper translation, wpml needs that the widget is saved at database with the same content than you see in the admin interface.
In my case google analictycs plugin insert code into the widget that is not seen in the interface, check all the plugins you have, deactivate all of them and see what happens, if the problem cease to appears then you have a conflict

Hope this information helps, let me know if you have luck
