    Using WP 3.7.1, remotely hosted.
Have WP-native galleries enabled via Jetpack (2.7) from WP.
    Using WP’s Twenty Twelve theme.

If I place a WP gallery in the first tab, it works fine.
If I place the same gallery in the 2nd tab, it “disappears”
if it is styled as one of the fancy “types” such as
“Tiled Mosaic” or “Square Tiles”. Or to put it another way,
ONLY the “Thumbnail Grid” type appears to work in the
    second tab position.

I would eventually like to place a different gallery
in each of 4 different tabs.

I have managed to replicate this on a test site with WP 3.8, twentyfourteen with JetPack and Tabby Responsive Tabs. The JetPack galleries did load initially, but then quickly disappeared.

I then tried the same using a few other tabs plugins instead of Tabby Responsive Tabs and got exactly the same result.

There was no problem with any of the tabs plugins after deactivating JetPack and using native WordPress galleries within the tabs instead of JetPack galleries.

This appears to indicate that the issue is with JetPack’s galleries, not with Tabby Responsive Tabs.

The behavior of JP galleries within TRT that you’ve described are the same as I’ve experienced here.

Thank you for looking into the matter.
