    Hello.
I can not open WP File Manager plugin page.
I see blank page and 2 errors in console: https://imgur.com/tIeQxW2
After investigation I found that problem disappear after Wordfence deactivation.
    So what to do now?

Hello @kotyarashop and thanks for reaching out to us!

Let’s try Learning Mode to resolve your issue. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.

Let me know if this helps!

    Thanks!

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for sending that diagnostic!

The first thing we will want to correct will be optimizing the firewall. It looks like your server API is CGI/FastCGI, so navigate over to your Wordfence > Firewall page and click “Optimize the Firewall” and make sure to select Apache + FastCGI in the dropdown. Follow the steps to ensure they are complete. After you are done, you should see it give you a message saying the firewall is set.

Once we get that corrected, we can look further into the WP File issue, if it still is occuring.

Send me a new diagnostic once this is finished so I can verify the firewall is optimized for you.

    Thanks!
