Problem with wp-admin/admin-Ajax.php slowing down site

We have run diagnostics on our site to see why it’s going so slow (30-50 second page load) and it’s coming back saying it’s wp-admin/admin-Ajax.php. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to speed up these queries? Our site url is https://www.americanband.com
