Problem with wordpress+bluehost

  • Hello I’m having troubles with the cache of my wordpress site.

    The latests post are not showing and when bluehost support clears the cache the CSS messes up.

    I’ve tried contacting bluehost support and they’ve told me this:

    ′I can see as it as an issue with the theme Diego
    Please do check with the theme vendor once about it and provided the error log
    {main}
    thrown in /home4/graviue8/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen/header.php on line 63′

    They told me to post the question here.

    Please any help is welcome.

  • Do you have a screenshot you can post to snag.gy or imgur.com and share the link here? I forced the cache to update on your site and it seemed to load ok for me.

    In regards to the error they provided, that line only has this code

    </nav><!-- .main-navigation -->

    But it is just HTML though so shouldn’t be throwing any error logs, did they provide more specific information about the errors they are seeing?

    @jarretc for some reason now when I go in here gravitywild.com/?nocache=1 it works. I guess this means that if I clean the site cache it’s going to work. How can I clean the cache?

    I think Bluehost has their own caching built into their services. You may have to contact their support again to see if you are able to clear it yourself from your Bluehost account or they might be able to disable it altogether if it doesn’t affect the performance of your site too much.
