Problem with wordpress

  • Yesterday i’ve moved my blog to a whole new server and i get some errors like …
    Warning: mkdir() [function.mkdir]: Permission denied in /home2/animelov/public_html/wp-content/plugins/visitor-maps/visitor-maps.php on line 2054
    this is because i dont have enoght root rights ? or is it from the blog ?
    and look another error ..

    this also from the server or the blog?
