After installing the plugin, there was a problem with the filter on the product pages. If the user is not logged into the site, then the filter does not work; if the user is logged into the site, then the filter works.
Previously, this was not noticed when the plugin was not.
I can not understand in which direction to move to solve this problem.
Product Filter Plugin – WOOF – WooCommerce Product Filter.
Is it possible that for users who are not logged in under their login, some kind of restriction is set?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @artiomstr

Please try cross check below AIOS features if you disable those one by one if the product filter starts to work. Most other plugins have one of the below settings as an issue.

    1) WP Security > Miscellaneous > WP REST API Can you please cross check the Disallow unauthorized REST requests: is not on. if on uncheck the checkbox and save.
    2) Deny bad query string – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Deny bad query strings: uncheck the checkbox and save
    3) Advanced char filter – WP Security > Firewall > Addition firewall rules tab. Enable advanced character string filter :uncheck the checkbox and save
    4) 5g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable legacy 5G firewall protection uncheck the checkbox and save
    5) 6g firewall rules – WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist firewall rules tab. Enable 6G firewall rules – uncheck the checkbox and save
    6) WP Security > Firewall > Basic firewall rules tab > Completely block access to XMLRPC , Disable pingback functionality from XMLRPC

    Hi @artiomstr

Can you please Deactivate once the AIOS plugin from the Plugins list ?

It will make sure that AIOS plugin is the issue as the functionality works when you are logged in. so hope it is not the cache plugin issue.

After checking make sure you select Yes for below notice and make sure firewall setup.

Would you like All In One WP Security & Firewall to restore the config settings and re-insert the security rules in your .htaccess file which were cleared when you deactivated the plugin?

Is it possible that plugin deletes all get requests for other users? cuz under admin acc all is work

    Hi @artiomstr

Some rules are not checked if the user or admin logged in to speed up execution. Because they are already logged and actual visitor.

If the visitor IP is blocked and the page is loading from the cache that might be the case also. But it should be for some users only not all.

Please cross-check WP Security > Settings > Advanced settings you have the correct IP address detection set and not the server own IP got blocked some how.

WP Security > Dashboard > Permeant blocklist.
