    Hi!

I’m having a problem with getting people who order via my Woocommerce shop to have their subscription updated. Nothing happens when I make an order and check the Subscribe to newsletter checkbox.

I succesfully connected and activated the sender.net plugin in WordPress and connected the store. Enable tracking is selected and “Save “New registrations” to:” newsletter is selected. Subscribe to newsletter label is selected.

I’ve succesfully implemented a subscription form on the website that works as expected, but the Woocommerce subscription option does nothing.

I see this Javascript error in the browser when I go to checkout page that does not appear when sender.net plugin is de-activated so I’m assuming it has something to do with this?

[Error] Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'e.json')
    dispatchException (universal.js:1:79597)
    (anonymous function) (universal.js:1:76459)
    Ft (universal.js:1:288205)
    r (universal.js:1:288447)

Any advice would be appreaciated, thank you!

    Hi @sami-sanpakkila,

Could you provide the website that is not currently working? Are you using any specific theme, this could help to investigate why its not working on your site, thanks.
