It seems that when both the WooCommerce Opening Hours is enabled at the same time as the WooCommerce Checkout Manager plugin, it causes the time/date picker that is embed within the Opening Hours plugin to not work. When I click inside the text field to choose the time to fulfill my order, Opening Hours plugin is supposed to popup a date/time picker but when I have Checkout Manager enabled, it simply doesn’t open.

It’s most likely a conflict between two different versions of JQuery between the two plugins. This was the case when I originally setup the store with the free version of Checkout Manager and when I purchased the PRO version, the problem seemed to resolve itself. Now, since they stopped supporting the PRO version, I reinstalled the free one (which you have done an amazing job on!!) and the problem reappears.

You can see an example of this on my site here: https://express.passiontoprofitclients.com/ Add anything to the cart and then go to the checkout page. You’ll see the box to choose the order fulfillment time.

Let me know if you require any additional information to troubleshoot this.

    Thanks,
    Jason

  • Hi passiontoprofit, thanks for raising this, you’re bang on that sounds just like a JavaScript error or jQuery conflict. Can you shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] with the latest copy of WooCommerce Opening Hours so I can reproduce this? I’ll look at your Checkout page now in any case ??

Hi passiontoprofit, looking at the Checkout page on your website it seems the JavaScript file responsible for the DateTimePicker is not being loaded. I’ll need to reproduce this within a test site once I’ve received a copy of that Plugin.

Hmm that’s very weird especially since it works just fine as soon as I disable Checkout Manager. Maybe something is Checkout Manager is causing the jQuery loading in this plugin to fail and it’s not even loading the script at all.

I just sent you the plugin by e-mail as requested.

Let me know if you need anything else to help you troubleshoot.

    I really appreciate the help.

    Hey,

Was just wondering if you received my e-mail with the plugin that you had asked for and if you’ve had a chance to look into the issue yet?

Sorry if I’m being pushy. It’s not my intention.

    Just wanted to follow up.

    Thanks,
    Jsaon

Hi passiontoprofit, thanks for bumping this. I didn’t receive this within our Zendesk support platform so will check the Spam within gMail incase it got held up. I’ll update this topic as I know more ??

Hi passiontoprofit, yup, gMail went a little overzealous on the spam filtering. I’ll get in touch soon ??

    Hey Michael,
I’m sorry if I’m being a pain but I’m sort of in a real crunch to get this back working again. I haven’t heard anything from you in a week or so. Have you had a chance to look into this issue yet? I’m sure you have been very busy lately with all of the updates coming out.

Thanks in advance for all of your help,
    Jason
