  • Hi @jonylif

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the product attributes are not being imported to your site.

Can you please share how are you importing products via CSV on your site?

Are you using the built-in Product CSV Importer and Exporter?

If so, may we know what CSV editor you used?

Or, are you using any plugins/extensions?

Let us know so that we can assist you further.

I’m using the built in woocommerce import option. This is how i’m making the import: https://ibb.co/Q7gqN1p

    Hi @jonylif!

    Thank you for your reply.

By looking at the screenshot you sent of your CSV file, it seems that it is missing several columns.

Kindly notice that to use the built-in product CSV Importer, you would need a CSV file with the structure and fields required by WooCommerce.

We recommend using the CSV file structure found here. You can copy it and paste it into your CSV file. If possible, avoid using Microsoft Excel due to formatting and character encoding issues.

Once you do this, could you please try again uploading your file with the product attributes and check if the issue persists?

Kindly keep the columns in the file with no info empty; please don’t delete them. Any information you wish to include should follow the formatting and columns of the Product CSV Import Schema.

More about the CSV Product Importer here:

I’m sorry but if my CSV was wrong the import would be all wrong. And the import went successfull, the ONLY thing that isn’t imported well are the attributes. So, don’t tell me to use that example CSV because i used it. Can’t you just tell me which column is wrong or which column is missing so the attributes can be imported well? This is the Google sheets: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ue_-wNAfehO6Km26iOzZrPBdTIDHJDVZ/edit#gid=2025257999

    Hello,

Thank you for sharing your CSV file. It looks like your file structure is different than this.

If your site language is set to Spanish, the attribute related column names should be like below:

For us to take a closer look at your issue, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
