Problem with woccomerce permalinks

Hi,
I’m using that plugin on my WP site.
trying to make it on the shop category page.
I got an issue with woccomerce permalink.my permalink structure is like that:
https://localhost:8080/mysite/marketplace/product-category/sample-product/and it’s not working.
after searching the issue seems it’s working without the “product-category”, for example :
https://localhost:8080/mysite/marketplace/sample-product/help, anyone?
