• Hi again.

I’m testing the widgets and I thing they aren’t working.

The description is “Insert FAQ posts using a comma-separated list of categories” but when I added the widget, it only showed the title to edit, it doesn’t show a field to include the categories or ID.

And in the front-end it appears in blank, even the title doesn’t show.

I don’t know if this is something only in this new version…

    Hi, lfreitas,

The one field you see in the widget should be to insert either your category slugs or FAQ IDs. Would you be able to send us a screenshot of what you see in the back end? You can either send it to [email protected] or upload it somewhere and put the link to it here.

    Hi,

    here’s the image: https://oi63.tinypic.com/rmthtt.jpg

If it makes any difference, this site is in a fresh WordPress install with nothing but this plugin in an IDE (c9.io).

    Hi lfreitas,

What you see is correct. The single field you see isn’t for the title, it is where you put the IDs or category slugs.

For the categories, you need to put in a comma-separated list of the slugs of all the categories you want to display. For example: “product-one,product-two,product-three”

For the FAQ IDs, you need to put in a comma-separated list of the IDs of all the FAQs you want to display. For example: “1,2,3”

    Oh, I didn’t consider this…

Sorry and thanks for the help!
