• I’ve been having a problem with visitor tracking for my site, ladygagafan.com, for over 2 weeks now. I use the Statcounter plugin which is linked to my Statcounter account to track my site’s traffic. It was working just fine for about a month when I started using it, but about 2 weeks ago it just stopped recording the traffic and now it says I am getting 0 visitors. I also have two other sites which use the Statcounter plugin and that are also in my Statcounter account and they are working just fine. I also checked the WordPress stats for my site and surprisingly it also shows that I’ve gotten 0 visitors during this time even though I know I am getting traffic. I mean its not even tracking test visits I’m making from other computers. Should I try to upgrade my WordPress and hope that it fixes the issue? I’m pretty sure its a WordPress issue since even the WordPress stats show the 0 visitors. Any ideas? I really do appreciate any help I can get. Thanks in advance guys!

    Bump. Please help!

I can’t see any obvious statcounter code on your page? Is the plugin actually activated/working?

You might want to fix some of the code errors too.

I actually am having this exact same thing happen right now at my site without any reason. for the past several weeks both GA and wordpress stats worked fine. Today I loaded up my stats and both are frozen. My GA stats are frozen at 0 and my word press stats are frozen at 55 hits (which must have come in the first few hours today). I have no idea what is going on since I didn’t change any code in my site regarding traffic tracking. Anyone else experiencing this? My site is https://iphonegamerblog.com
