Problem with VET Time (Venezuela)

The match tomes aren’t working fine for me. All the destinations were add with their current UTC times (-3 and -4 for Cuiabá and Manaus). and the matches with their local time
For example Colombia – Greece = 2014-06-14 13:00:00

And this is the rendered match
Colombia – Grecia
Belo Horizonte – June 14, 2014 8:30:00 AM GMT-4:30

Also I need to know if it’s possible to show the month in spanish
