Problem with very large tables

Hi everyone!

We have a problem replacing text in a very big table, the woocommerce_order_itemmeta. Its size is 2,4 GB. When we start replacing, the green progress bar starts to move. It is rather quick at the start but gets slower and slower, until it appears to be frozen. Then we stopped it and tried it the next day. But the next day, the same thing happened again.

What can we do?

How to handle very big tables?
