    Hi, I just decide to use your plugin.

    I found it excellent but i have a problem and i need some help.

    When a customer make an order he received an email as is correct. Also the administrator received an email notification. But the vendor unfortunately does not receive any email notification (I have already checked the spam messages).

    The same thing happens when I set the order as completed.

    In WooCommerce settings i checked us enable the vendor email notifications messages. But i see that in this messages there note any recipient as is the case with other messages (for clients and administrators).

    Is anyone that can help me to solve this problem ?

  • Hello Nikos,

    We have an option issue that we are trying to debug and work out why these emails aren’t firing for some.

    Can you check if they can be manually sent ?

    You can do this by opening up an order and then from order actions, select resend notifications to vendors.
